The first thing would be to sit down together in a consultation to talk about your concept and design ideas. This would allow us to be able to see if we can actually make your prototype, and we would move forward from there.

After we get a working prototype, you need to do market research to see if your product is viable or not. The prototype is the key to being able to do your market research. This is a tricky process because you can’t have one without the other. Investing in the prototype will enable you to do the necessary market research.
We work mainly with steel and aluminum. We are a complete metal fabrication shop that includes powder coat finishing.

Revisions are all part of the prototyping process. In building the product, it brings up issues and kinks to be worked out that are basically unknown until we get into the build. The quoted cost includes two revisions. Additional revisions will be charged a nominal fee and will be established
The cost of a prototype will vary depending on your product. Our minimum charge is $1000 + the cost of the material. This will give you one working prototype with up to two revisions and a complete CAD drawing. Larger projects can cost around $5,000.
